Sales Specialist:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Outside Sales Specialist out of our Aerial division. The Outside Sales Specialist is a liaison between our customers and the service/parts department supplying Aerial equipment enhancements to our existing clientele while growing our customer base through multiple customer contact applications across Central Pennsylvania.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for maintaining existing customer base by providing outstanding customer service and relationship building

  • Maximize new business opportunities through cold calling and customer visits

  • High level of responsiveness and follow-through to customer inquiries and needs

  • Complete all relevant aspects related to the sales process

  • Daily interaction with customers

  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be over the age of 18

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience with Microsoft Office

  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three to Five (3-5) years of equipment sales experience

  • Previous experience developing new business and cold calling

  • Knowledge of forklifts

  • Ability to follow directions both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team on a variety of job tasks

  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
