Our Reading Tractor branch is growing full line Kubota Construction and Tractor Equipment dealer servicing Berks, and surrounding counties.
Parts Support Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Specialist located in our Reading Tractor and Equipment branch in Leesport, PA. The Parts Sales and Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with our parts personnel servicing technicians and customers, handling stock, and order fulfillment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Working personally with customers and technicians to complete their parts needs
Taking and processing phone/internet orders to completion
Unloading delivery trucks via forklift
Cycle counting inventory
Assemble and sell Stihl power equipment
Restocking showroom and parts shelves
Placing orders with multiple vendors using various ordering platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity and operation of construction, agriculture, and lawn care equipment
Basic computer/internet skills and keyboard operation
Ability to lift 50lbs
Able to be forklift certified
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Exceptional organization and prioritizing skills
Ability to work well with others and put team first
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
High school diploma or its equivalent
