Service Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to work out of our Reading Tracor and Equipment branch. The Service Administrator will work alongside the Service Coordinator. This person will help ensure that all levels of service and daily operating procedures are fulfilled for our customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assignment of workload distribution to Technicians

  • Review, process, and close work orders meeting timelines and deadlines

  • Invoice customers

  • Monitor and communicate changes with Kubota

  • Manage company vehicle invoices and schedule services

  • Monitor service calls and dispatch as necessary guaranteeing issues are addressed in a timely manner

  • Create and manage preventative maintenance logs

  • Communicate with external customers on work in progress

  • Work with sales team to insure sold units are ready for customer delivery in a timely manner.

  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be over the age of 18

  • High school diploma

  • Ability to work in a team setting

  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in an office environment

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Positive and friendly attitude toward customers and fellow team members

  • Must be able to follow directions both written and verbally

  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

  • Good organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in an office setting

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Good phone and communication skills

  • Good email etiquette

Physical Requirements:

  • Work requires ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout an 8 hour workday
