Service Coordinator- Carlisle, Pa

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator out of our Carlisle branch. The Service Coordinator provides support to the Technicians, Customer Base and Operations teams daily. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to external customers while supporting internal teams with projects and tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for communicating to customers via phone and email on inquiries regarding daily service needs

  • Responsible for dispatching, via phone and email, Road Technicians to customer locations in a timely manner

  • Responsible for data entry and data management for Technician work orders

  • Electronic record keeping for Customer Files.

  • Filing

  • All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team setting

  • Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in an office environment

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Positive and friendly attitude toward customers and fellow team members

  • Must be able to follow directions both written and verbally

  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

  • Good organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in an office setting

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Good phone and communication skills

  • Good email etiquette

Physical Requirements:

  • Work requires ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout an 8 hour workday
