Maintenance Worker:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance worker out of our Carlisle branch. The Maintenance worker will collaborate with our shop technicians to ensure our building, grounds and shop are maintained at a high standard. The right candidate will be able to work in a busy and fast-paced environment throughout our facility.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintaining/Sustaining ASEC standard.

• Working with management team and shop technicians to continually improve warehouse and facility areas

• Assisting in organizing staging area, loading dock and warehouse space

• Operation of stand up and sit down forklifts, aerial equipment and compact construction equipment.

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Warehouse housekeeping

• Light facilities maintenance

• Other duties assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years old

• Must have valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently as well as with others

• Basic computer skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions

Working Conditions:

• Constant standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling with infrequent opportunities to sit

• Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time

• Wearing steel or composite toe ankle boots during work hours are a requirement of this position

• Must be able to lift or exert force up to 50 pounds with the occasional need to lift or exert force more than 75 pounds

• Able to work in warehouse environment

• Must be physically and mentally able to read, write, and follow directions
