Product Support Specialist:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Specialist in the Williamsport location. The Product Support Specialist is a liaison between our customer and the parts department supplying equipment enhancements to our existing clientele while growing our customer base through multiple customer contact applications across Central Pennsylvania.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for maintaining existing customer base by providing outstanding customer service and relationship building

• Maximize new business opportunities through cold calling and customer visits

• High level of responsiveness and follow-through to customer inquiries and needs

• Complete all relevant aspects related to the sales process

• Daily interaction with customers

• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be over the age of 18

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience

• Minimum of one (1) year experience with Microsoft Office

• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three to Five (3-5) years of sales experience

• Previous experience developing new business and cold calling

• Knowledge of forklifts

• Ability to follow directions both written and verbal

• Strong organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team on a variety of job tasks

• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
