OUR PARTS SUPPORT SPECIALIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Professionally speaking with customers and internal staff over the phone, through email, and in person to assist them with parts-related inquiries

• Answering questions and delivering terrific customer service

• Fulfilling parts orders accurately and in a timely fashion

• Safely driving a company vehicle and delivering parts to customers and staff within our service area

• Coordinating with vendors to obtain inventory based on customers' orders

• Accurately pulling and shipping orders from our stockroom

DO YOU BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 18+ years old

• High school degree or GED equivalent

• Forklift certification OR ability to obtain (provided by Lift)

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Ability to safely drive a company van or truck

While not required, previous experience working with parts or in a customer service role would be a bonus! If you're detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, and motivated to do your best every single day, we want to hear from you!
